How It Works

Secure your session and lock in your timeline.
Once you’re booked, you’ll receive access to the Strategy Questionnaire — the foundation for everything that follows.

This isn’t a surface-level intake form. It’s designed to uncover how your organization operates today, how it’s perceived, and where leadership wants to go next.

2. Complete the Strategy questionnaire

You’ll answer a guided set of questions covering your mission, internal culture, reputation, audiences, and ambitions for the future.

Lauren uses your responses to build your draft SPARK Strategy document before your session so your time together is spent shaping decisions, not gathering basics.

3. Strategy Session with Lauren

In a focused 90-minute working session, we’ll refine and finalize your strategy together. You’ll leave with clear direction on what your brand stands for, alignment around where your organization is headed, and a practical path forward to guide future branding and marketing decisions. 

After our call, you’ll have a week to sit with the strategy and note any questions or changes.

What exactly do we get?

A 90-minute 1:1 strategy call (recorded) + one week of email support. You’ll leave with a clear core message, personality-aligned talking points, and a clear plan for your nonprofit.

Do I need to take the Brand Personality Quiz first?

Yes. You’ll share your result in a short questionnaire so we can hit the ground running.

Do I need to prepare anything else?

Just the questionnaire. I’ll review it before our call so we can move fast.

Can I bring another person?

Absolutely! But only up to two additional people so that we can stay on track and on time. Smaller groups make faster decisions, so invite folks who will be working with your brand.

What if we need to reschedule or cancel?

I get it, life happens. You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, but sessions are non-refundable. 

Will I get a recording and notes?

Yes. After our call I'll share the recording and a Google Doc so you can focus on the conversation and use the action plan afterwards!

What if I have questions after our call?

You'll have one week of email support. After that, you can schedule a follow-up call or book the Brand Level-Up if you’re ready to refresh your brand visuals.
